Order cancellations will be refunded in full so long as order has not shipped; in the event that a cancellation is requested after shipping, you may use the normal return policy listed below.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less shipping and 10% restocking fee. Exceptions to the return policy include discontinued, special-order, and non-stock items which may or may not be indicated on our website. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) For the most up-to-date information on a specific part, please contact our office by phone or email.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Returned items must be in new, unopened condition and ready for re-sale; all items will be inspected upon their return to meet return guidelines.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping and Handling
We can ship to virtually any address in the world utilizing UPS, USPS and various freight (LTL) companies. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Orders will include total for both shipping and/or handling as calculated at the time of checkout. If you have any questions about your shipping method or costs, please contact our office directly.
In the event that an item(s) is back-ordered (in full or in part), the order will be shipped as complete as possible and notification of back-ordered item(s) will be sent to the contact information listed with the order. Any back-ordered items will be ordered and shipped separately as quickly as possible. If stock status is required, please contact our office directly to inquire prior to completing your order. Back-orders will be treated as "in-process" and any modifications, cancellations and or refunds, will need to be approved by office staff.
Liquids and/or any flammable materials must be shipped ground by UPS or by LTL carrier. We retain sole discretion as to the shipping method required for any specific order and reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unable to ship using our standard methods.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such items can be found on the item detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
